Home Link Etc. commenced operations in September 2003 and our staff comprises of three (3) persons.  Our Managing Director, Ms. Andrea Branford comes to us with years of experience.  Her most recent experience was Primarily as Property Manager at Home Services Ltd. in Rodney Bay but also served as a Sale and Rental Agent.  Ms. Branford was educated in St. Lucia and the US having obtained a Paralegal Degree in Real Estate, Estate & Trusts, Mortgages and Deeds from the US.  She has worked extensively in the legal field in the US and had her first real estate experience in UK where she was employed as a Real Estate Agent with a Company in the very touristy Bayswater Area in London.  Our other staff members, young, dynamic and innovative in their ideas have experience in other areas of the service industry and are bilingual (French & English).

Our Properties are located in the areas of Rodney Bay, Trouya, Cap Estate, Vigie, Bonne Terre, Reduit and Monchy which is the North of the Island and Soufriere, Vieux Fort, Laborie & Choiseul in the South.

Our Company is Located in the heart of Rodney Bay, in Reduit Park, close to the two Shopping Malls.  We are centrally located and is within a stone's throw away from Reduit's famous beach, restaurants, major hotels, Gros Islet-Castries buses and shopping malls and the New Marina Development.
